Schedules never made on time and never stay the same. Expect to be called on your day off and if you don't answer your phone because it's your day off, expect to be reprimanded for it. Lack of training and forward thinking. Communication between management, corporate, human resources and employees is not taken seriously and you will not receive a response to your questions and concerns in a timely manner. Equipment is old and outdated, broken, and aesthetically hideous. Hearsay outweighs documentation with regard to disciplinary actions. Overall lack of care for its employees.
