Operations Coordinator, Plainfield, IN - March 3, 2013
As an Operations Coordinator I have the opportunity to get to know new people, to visit different companies and to help and inspire employees to be better workers by teaching them the basic soft skills necessary to succeed in life. I love working along the Director of recruiting we make a great team. The hardest part for me is not the job itself but not to be recognize by it, there is not job security and room for advancement. I love working and I'm passionate about it, I take pride about my job and I'm always ready for new challenges.
