One interview through staffing agency 2nd interview with vitas department director.

Resume is reviewed by recruiter, then sends qualified resumes to hiring manager.
Hiring manager initiates a phone interview , then an interview in person, if manages likes the candidate a second interview is done or additional hiring managers conduct a the second interview.
Salary request gets process for approvals

Day One orientation is scheduled, in the mean time lots of home work is assigned for the new hired, drug urine test, computer tasks, TB and Medical Reference forms, (all required by Day One orientation)
