Cons: unpredictablility of hours after harvest
I am a female working in a male dominated industry. Some days start at 6.00 am and can finish after 8.00pm, but that is not the norm. I welcome the challenge of working in an environment that is as changeable as the weather, somedays you are sent to other sites without noitce.
