The Kitchen Manager is responsible maintaining high levels of execution including all aspects of achieving sales and profitability targets.
- Hold self and others accountable for achieving Company standards
- Coach, develop and manage performance of team members
- Have a passion for service going beyond normal expectations in providing exceptional guest service
- Minimum of three years restaurant kitchen management experience (preferably in Full Service/Casual Dining)
- High energy, a fun loving personality, leadership skills to inspire a team
- And above all, the ability to create an unforgettable guest experience!
