Pros: working in the envioronment
Cons: no cons
A typical day at work would be entering in on the spread sheets and answering calls from viva members and doctor offices about their insurance. Faxing and mailing off letters members and providers.

Great place to work and great people to work with
Drummond Senior Customer Service Representative (Former Employee), Birmingham, ALOctober 2, 2013
Pros: employee camaraderie and good pay
Cons: handling sensitive situations while meeting production requirements.
Productive and enjoyable workplace with great employees. The management rewarded hard work with incentive pay and company picnics and employee recognition.

I looked forward to going to work each day to interact with my co-workers. The hardest part of the job was informing customers of claim or service denial. The most enjoyable part of the job was delivering company and customer satisfaction.
