I was able to see where some processes and procedures needed to change or be implemented to meet sales and customer needs, I was able to achieve those goals. and more. Promoted to Supervisor, then Assistant Cr. Mgr.
Collecting the receivables was difficult at times, negotiation payment plans, etc.
Enjoyed working with the sales team, customers developing good business relations. Was able to meet them at the trade show.
