Management was pure garbage. Most people knew the right person or were related to someone in the company. Many managers were severely unqualified. Pay changed 5 times in 8 months. I eventually left because I was injured and they let me go after 6 years of service due to my injury.

Depends on if you're in the field or at corporate. Corporate has AWESOME PERKS and Benefits. Field gets hosed on benefits. No 401k match. Health insurance is so expensive with high deductibles it's almost unusable.
