We are a wholesale and distribution company in home furnishing industry here in San Leandro. We design and manufacture interior accessories, lighting, and outdoor design elements for retailers, and commercial applications.
This position is responsible for many of our accounting functions including invoicing, verifying and entry of Accounts Payable, working with selected customer payment websites and EDI, and entry of that information into our QuickBooks system. The more organized you are, and your amount of experience with QuickBooks will increase your success in this position. The successful candidate will have experience in the following areas:
- Maintaining order flow to the warehouse and monitoring order status
-Organizing back orders and matching inventory to fulfill sales orders.
-Answering phone calls
-Providing customer service over email/phone
-Working with large retailer payment and shipping process websites such as Amazon, Pier One, TJX, and others.
Required skills and experiences:
Bilingual in English and Spanish will be a plus for this position
Preferably past experiences with office detail work. Phone sales experience is a plus
Excellent communication skills and customer service is a must
Be computer literate (including MS Word, Excel, and QuickBooks required)
Organizational skills required to keep multiple tasks on track
Wage starts at $12.00 to $14.00, depending on experience and skills.
