Pros: generous time off, decent benefits, majority of co-workers are nice and care about the patients, again, great place to work for us healthcare providers.
Cons: falsley encourage open communication (execs didn't commuicate a layoff would happen), employees fear rocking the boat for the sake of their job.
VNA is a great place to work, if you are a healthcare provider.

You'll find a lot of nice people on the front lines here. And a lot of talented doctors/nurses. People have good hearts. – less
