This was a very laid back People Oriented Type of Work Environment. Whatever made the the employees more comfortable was definitely considered with this company. The Typical work day consisted of in depth troubleshooting of Voip equipment. It was not unusual to spend up to an hour remoted in to a clients PC or Router while working to resolve their issues. Overall this was a Great Company to work for with a strong Technical Atmosphere.

Initiates required action for response to customer service requests for order changes, including the maintenance of order/customer information files and communicates changes to the appropriate accounts and assisting customer’s with general Vocalocity assistance. Assisting Customers with inquires about accounts, responding promptly to customer inquiries, handle and resolve customer complaints, provide pricing and delivery information, perform customer verification, process orders, forms, applications and requests, communicate and coordinate with internal departments, provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
