on a typical day, i attend to a minimum of 20 customers on the average. setting up the office and putting things in the right order before customers step in. i have to present the company as a reliable one in the face of tight competition with other telecommunication companies. i deemed it a responsibility and a duty to make customers feel at home and welcome gto come back anytime.
The hardest part of the job is reporting a lack of a particular equipment that is needed to resolve most of the problems that comes and not receiving them after long days of Persistent pursuance.
