Accounting Intern (Former Employee) – Appleton, WI – September 17, 2016
My typical day was very fun and enjoyable to go to work everyday. Voith was very flexible and that is what I needed for college. What I learned there was a lot of how the accounting system works for that kind of workplace.
Regional Sales Manager (Former Employee) – Western Canada and US – July 29, 2016
Best part of working for Voith was my customers. I had great long term relationships and enjoyed being part of integrating new technology at their sites while providing sales for my plant.
Many good people with 10 to 20 years leaving this company mostly because of crushing work loads.
New management created a new headquarters in Raleigh NC while the plant is in Appleton WI. Now the company has a hiring freeze on and travel restriction for all employees in a effort to improve profits for the 4th quarter.
Translator/Interpreter (Former Employee) – I did it by home office. – May 7, 2015

Customer Service / Spare Parts Specialist (Former Employee) – Appleton, WI – May 27, 2014
I worked there when they were severely cutting back on their work force so I believe that management was under a lot of pressure and their performance was not the best. They did treat you well. Pay could have been better but most of your direct supervisors were decent people to work for and with.
Always something to learn and coworkers were pretty nice.
Management could ride your butt some trivial reason sometimes.
