Volcom was a great experience for me to work at because i learned the basic idea on how to convince people to buy more of a certain product. I learned that all people are different, therefore we have to have different strategies that persuade people to purchase items. The most enjoyable part of this job was to guide people into buying what best fit.

My overall experience has been very educational and fun. I have learned much about the company, the business side things, and most of all interacting with fellow designers of the company. It is a board sport company so the atmosphere reflects that of the good-natured, easy-going culture.
