It's an ok place to work.
Warehouse Worker (Current Employee) – Rogers, MN – August 11, 2016
I am currently employed through Volt. I work at the Graco warehouse building and have worked in Manufacturing, building down the street.
It was a great place to work in the beginning. After about a week or two it went down hill for me. lets just say if you're a temp, you're going to be treated differently. Maybe it's just me. I went in working 2pm-12am Monday through Thursday. A lot of people are two faced, especially the ones that are hired on through Graco. If you're not as fast as the ones you work with, you'll be transferred into a new assembly line for the shift. No one really helps you out unless they like you. That's how my experience was.
Really Laid back. Too Laid back. Working from 2pm-10pm is the shift that I work. Everyday I go to work and I ask myself "is there going to be enough work today?" If there isn't a lot of work today the Leads ,Managers on duty, don't send you home or offer VTO, Voluntary Time Off, so you sit there until they get or find you work to do. It's only 5 out of 10 times they offer VTO. I've gotten to the point where I "actually want" to work. Something no one really ever want to tell themselves. But if the company is willing to pay me to stand around Half my shift. I'm cool with that.
Good pay, Laid back, Company Pay you to stand around.
12 minute Breaks, Too Laid Back, Being a temp.
