No Support & No Training by Corporate
professional (Current Employee) –  Los Angeles, CA 90010July 23, 2016
In the corporate office, expect to be dumped into a job, work extra hours all the time, get no support from management, be treated like a machine, get no training, have constant chaos, and not be expected to last long. The President has no clue about how management treats it's underlings. You're just one in hundreds of applicants. You're replaceable.
Pros
the salary-but with all the OT exempt employees really lose out
Cons
many extra hours, no support from mgt., no training, constant chaos, replaceable
