Cons: hard work, bad days are hard and constant, consistency
A typical day of work was inherently an awesome and fun event. Everyone is in their mid-to-early twenties and it is a very lively place. I learned about all the different aspects to coding and programming that I only had known about very briefly. I finally had a chance to figure out the different aspects of many programming languages; both front and back end; in more depth and now have a basic understanding of all languages. My co-workers were definitely an added bonus. The hardest part of the job is consistently finding new candidates for our clients. The most enjoyable part of the job was succeeding in finding a dream job for a candidate.
