About the job:
The Project Assistant will be responsible for complete administrative support for assigned construction manager(s), maintaining accurate and thorough company records, tracking RFI’s and submittals and production of construction documents.

 Receives executed subcontract commitment documents, records executed date and discount terms in Timberline and executed date in Constructware within 24 hours
 Produces professional written correspondence on own accord and as directed by Construction Manager
 Completes submittal process as per schedule and within pre-determined time frame (internal turn-around to be 48 hours)
 Sends out punchlists to all subcontractors
 Creates and maintains organized and current project files
 Organizes and labels field and office files and plans for archiving upon completion of project
 Schedules project Start-Up and Close-Out Meetings upon direction of Construction Manager
 Supports front desk as needed

About you:
Construction Accounting background preferred
 Intermediate to advanced level in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel and Outlook)
 Intermediate level in Constructware
 Strong ambition to succeed
 Adheres to company policies and procedures

 Availability to work for extended hours in order to meet deadlines
 Handles oneself with professionalism during stressful situations
