About the job:
The Project Assistant will be responsible for complete administrative support for assigned construction manager(s), maintaining accurate and thorough company records, tracking RFI’s and submittals and production of construction documents.
Receives executed subcontract commitment documents, records executed date and discount terms in Timberline and executed date in Constructware within 24 hours
Produces professional written correspondence on own accord and as directed by Construction Manager
Completes submittal process as per schedule and within pre-determined time frame (internal turn-around to be 48 hours)
Sends out punchlists to all subcontractors
Creates and maintains organized and current project files
Organizes and labels field and office files and plans for archiving upon completion of project
Schedules project Start-Up and Close-Out Meetings upon direction of Construction Manager
Supports front desk as needed

Construction Accounting background preferred
Intermediate to advanced level in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel and Outlook)
Intermediate level in Constructware
