Looking for an all-star Administrative Assistant to join our team in Redwood City, CA

About the job:
The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for general administrative support for a busy Executive Assistant and CEO. Other duties include, but are not limited to:
- General administrative support (data entry, mail, copy, scan)
- Errands (personal and business)
- Telephone back up
- Take CEO’s car for gas and to the car wash
- Research on the internet
- Update CEO contacts and business card file
- Transcribe voicemail messages
Have strong organizational skills, flexibility, and the ability to prioritize work assignments
Knowledge of general office procedures and office machines
Intermediate level in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel and Outlook)
Great internet search skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Strong attention to detail
Understand the importance of integrity and confidentiality
Valid Driver License and clean DMV record
This position is part-time (approximately 3 hours per day, 5 days per week).
