I did not think the leadership was ethical. The tech leadership was also not trained in the applicable fields of study. They didn't seem to hire people for their scientific rigor but rather if they thought the person would adapt well to their cult.

The job I had in Flagstaff was almost like being part of a cult or a fraternity or something. Everything from the strange interview process to the quick and succinct exit interview where they didn't even ask why I was leaving. Just a really strange place.

The interview process was really weird. My wife had to sign a non disclosure. If you are requiring interviewees to sign a non disclosure, you either need to rethink what you are sharing or you need to get over yourself because you are not that great.
