Cons: you can get laid-off or fired whenever they feel like it
Laid-Off. I was told corporate said they hired too many new employees but they posted my position the very next week on indeed. Not happy about that.

Worse company to work for
Customer service (Former Employee), NyAugust 26, 2014
Cons: mangers suck
Only way to move up is brown nosing. The harder you work the more work you give with little to no raise . I was there for 7 years and was fired because the company was down sizing. Management is a joke the drive nice cars and do no work . Apply some place where you will get appreciated.

Little to no room for advancement if you are a rookie rep coming right out of college. No one makes it past a year

Great job and great pay
Shipping and Receiving Coordinator (Former Employee), Cranbury, NJJuly 3, 2014
Pros: great people and free lunch
Cons: sometimes there will be 16 hour shifts
Everyday at about 6 AM there would be non stop work till about 10:30. It makes the time go by really fast and when it slows down there is a occasional laugh here and there with your co workers. Before you know it its lunch time then it becomes a little bit harder. After that when things start to clear up, the floor is empty and cleaned. All there really is to do is transfers then out the door around 5:30.

Good start for an inexperienced CDL driver
Driver (Current Employee), New YorkMay 24, 2014
Pros: lots of overtime and really good benefits. drivers never get laid off. monday through friday only.
If you are a hard worker and like overtime this is the place for you. They hire CDL drivers with no experience. Which is very hard to find. Great people to work with. Management is tough to deal with but you will get over it when you get that pay check every Friday. A lot of the drivers are former fedex ground drivers. You will most likely work anywhere from 50-60 hours a week so if you like getting paid for your hard work this is a place for you.

Meet Deadlines
A/R Collector (Former Employee), Secaucus, NJMarch 23, 2014
Need to contact at lease 50 customers per day. Follow-up and adjust contract with issue and concerns. Helping and supporting my coworkers when they were out of the office. The part of the job which is the hardest is looking for a purchase order number or proof of a delivery. Most enjoyable is celebrating one a accomplishments

productive customer service orentated company
Customer Service Specialist (Former Employee), Windsor, CTJanuary 20, 2014
Pros: free cell phone
Cons: advancement was far and in between
I fully enjoyed working at W.B. Mason. I worked for 12 years with this company. Although there was ups and downs, as there would be with any career, I left to get a post-secondary education for advancement opportunities. While at W.B. i have learned that customer service is the top priority in any field of work. It isn't always easy to satisfy the customer, but by listening to the their needs you can solve just about any issue.

Young, energetic office, with it's ups and downs
Account Executive/Sales Representative (Former Employee), New York, NYJune 18, 2013
-Typical day is seeing 10-30 customers/potential customers
-Door to door cold calling with an expectation of 1-2 new accounts per day
-I learned great techniques to help grow as a successful sales individual
-Management has great people but inconsistent leadership and messages
-Co-workers were all really close with one another but made it difficult if you weren't a part of their clique
-The hardest part, as is with any sales job, is the constant demand to hit your numbers, while brushing off the 20-30 "no's" you hear in a day
-The perks of the job is what made it enjoyable; this includes, tickets to local sporting events, free networking happy hour events, annual conference at Foxwoods

Very very unorganized
Office Supply Delivery Driver (Former Employee), Secaucus, NJMay 15, 2013
Working their was good and bad. The good came when I worked with drivers who actually worked. So we finished the truck with time to spare. The bad was some well most of the drivers was slow, lazy and wanted me to do the bulk of the work. They would drag the day along so they can get paid for overtime at the end of the week.
