1. Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents
2. Make travel arrangement and hotel reservations
3. Organize and coordinate conferences and other events
4. Liaison with internal and external contacts
5. Provide assistance to daily operations
6. Answer the telephone, take message, transfer calls to other staff
7. Receive, send and manage E-mails, reports and other important documents
8. Participate and translate at meetings as required
