Yes!!!! A thousand times over, yes. The Lowell office is terrible to work at. Experienced many conversations with the technicians about the way they are treated, and it's never good. Everyone knows that you're going to be canned before you do. Management in the office for those dispatcher positions in Lowell are ran by two back stabbing, lying, vicious creeps. If you are going to work there, you had best know how to play politics, or you won't last long.
