Pros: great schedule
Cons: very fast pace at times.
Loved the ER. I was night supervisor for many years. Loved th fast pace and thrill of ever changing situations. Worked with some great nurses and great medical staff. Also worked with great ancillary staff.

College job
Heart Monitor Tech/ Unit Clerk/ PCT (Former Employee), Texarkana, TX –
I chose to work somewhere else after I graduated nursing school because it was rumored the company was in trouble and would have to close or sell at the time. The hospital was no longer what I wanted to make a life long career out of and it's future was questionable and I chose to work at Good Shepherd Medical Center after my graduation.

Wadley Regional
RN (Former Employee), Surgery –
Pros: great people
Cons: really no cons for me. sorry.
Wadley was a great place to work. They really care about their employees. I went back to school to get my BSN and they worked with me to give me the time off I needed to go to school and to study. They are very family oriented, but do require you to show up as it is a place of business too. I loved working there and hated to leave.
