Customer Service Representative/Call Center, Tempe, AZ - January 18, 2018
I worked at this company for about a year or so. The job pays well, and employees are fairly nice. But it is very difficult dealing with callers. There are multiple systems you have to use on a daily basis, so the job itself can seem very intimidating as well. All in all, if you can deal with rude customers calling about their insurance, this is the job for you.
