Took incoming calls in call center. Very high paced and stressful job that required you to be customer service oriented and knowledgeable about the services provided. I learned a lot about Flexible Spending Accounts and fringe benefit management. The management was fair over all, some were to micro management driven and made it very uncomfortable to most employees. They did a lot of competitions with departments to keep the moral up and had lot of free food to help get everyone through the long days. The hardest part of the job was keeping a positive outlook and maintaining detailed notes on every call. I enjoyed everyone that I worked with and was proud to be part of a highly productive team the majority of the time.
