They used to give you a raise every 6 months until you reach the highest rate. Then it was every year.

If you are part time your hours a flexible, but you might not get a lot of hours i have seen some people get 8 hours for 1 whole week because they said that the y could not work A 3pm-10pm shift. If you are full time then you are at the mercy of the manager you will not get to have certain days off unless you are taking PTO and Kiss your weekends good bye. One time I worked every weekend for 2 years then when I requested to have every Sunday off for religious reasons they denied it and brought up the fact that I was full time and gave me A month of Sundays and put me back to normal when I asked about it they said they did me a favor

With an 8 (or 8.5) hour shift, company policy is you get two separate paid 15 minute breaks and one unpaid 30 minute break. If management denies you of this, contact Employee Relations and file a complaint on the management. Hope this helps!
