Pros: They will pay for training & certifications, Some really good benefits like the work & life resources
Cons: Poor pay, poor compensation, inability of local management to reward staff appropriately
Started out as a cashier and made my way up to assistant store management. There's a lot of nepotism in the company. If you have a good store manager, the work environment is fantastic. If not, you're basically screwed. There's not a lot you can do and the open door policy is a joke.
