When I first started at WWL, it wasn't bad, forty hour work week, voluntary overtime as needed. Then at the beginning of January it became Mon.-Thurs. 6am till 6pm, Fri.-Sun. 6am till 4:45pm, mandatory. Any time requested off counted (and still does) as a negative occurrence on your overall attendance, six occurrences was an automatic termination. Management's style is " If you have a problem with it, you can walk. One phone call and we can have twenty of you, tomorrow."

Management style is very poor, no room for advancement or growth
