I wouldn't treat my employees with disrespect, especially when i'm talking to them don't get an attitude with them. I would keep everyone positive instead of showing a fake smile i would show compassion to my employees and hear their concerns and make sure everything is going alright with them. Because if you don't have happy employees they're not gonna perform well at all. Have a sit down with employees all employees not "huddles" cause i thought Wasler is suppose to be family and friendly so shouldn't you treat your employees as such?
