Customer Service Call Center (Former Employee), TNJanuary 14, 2014
Pros: working as a team
Cons: the company went out of business
Typical days work consist of prepping books to be scanned, labeled and packed, keeping up daily production of 100% or more and accuracy.

learned how to scan, label and pack product, train employee and work on small projects with deadlines.

The management was very helpful and supportive with a very positive team approach.

The hardest part of the job – more... standing on feet all day on hard concrete

Most enjoyable, being productive, working with co-workers as a team, able to grow with company and move into new positions that came available. – less

Love this place. Consist of walking a lot but its a very good workout.
Amazon Dis. (Current Employee), Columbia, SCJanuary 4, 2014
A typical day at work was when I first started. I was a helpless person lost didn't know which way to go. But with the help of my fellow co-workers I was getting around good in no time. I have learned how to operate a scan gun. Something I never knew how to do. The management on the job including the co-workers were very helpful to me. The hardest part – more... of the job was getting use to all the walking that I had to do. Its like a piece of cake now. The most enjoyable part of my job is picking and packing out orders that people or requesting for. I love it. – less
