This is a fun place to work. The pay and benefits are very good. You'll be exposed to many types of technology and receive development opportunities and training regularly. You will be expected to show professionalism and be accountable for everything for which you are responsible. Learn your job well and you will be treated well.
You will be treated as a professional, with care and respect
Watch out for those ongoing reorgs. If you haven't claimed a niche or have specific technical sills, you may find yourself laid off.

A typical day would be coming in to the office and greeted by a receptionist who dances to the beat of there own drum. Checking emails and speaking to colleagues about work and projects. Most of the people who you will work with have assigned task that get carried out on a schedule as well as your work. The management in the office are always busy but always seem to be respectful and caring and polite and are always open to speak for a few minutes. Co-workers are on such a good terms with each other it is great. The hardest part of the job is deadlines and there really never unrealistic so your good. The most enjoyable part of the job is the people you work with and the actual amazing feeling you get when you realize that you are working for Warner Bros.
