I loved working here , the Providers and MA;s were great people where there to help and teach you some thing if you need or were willing to learn it. They were all friendly and I got great experience from working with.

Everyone out for themselves

Was hired as a CMA but did the work of a clinic coordinator. Turn over very high. Poorly managed. Was told it was a stable company at a full 40 hours a week. Then the hours were cut followed by a lay off. Would never go back even if asked.

cool place to work because of the pay but overly micro managed..... everyone is out for themselves. you don't have a team environment i just don't see it here. everyone seems to be out for themselves. You don't have a basic structure on how to status old A/R it just sits on the books, gathering dusk.

I am more of a billing specialist than financial analyst. I am not saying billing is a bad field to get into, but for those looking for a more analytic role this is definitely not the job for you.
