Health Aid, Lynden, WA - November 3, 2014
When I worked at the WSMC I always had something to do, Being the " nurse" there wasn't an easy job but I loved every moment of it. I learned a lot of things about diseases and the administrative part of being a nurse. I managed 45 employees and 54 children in my facility. Each child had their file and it had to be organized and maintained. Each employee had their own section of a binder that had to be up to date with the latest WAC protocols and policies. I loved working with my co workers, even though I was management I would always work along side them and we would do team exercises to maintain a close workable environment. The hardest part of my job was saying good bye to all the kids at the end of the season.
