Bookkeeper (Bellevue)
Seeking a Full Charge Bookkeeper for several divergent healthcare related LLCs.

Major responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

-Bank and credit card reconciliations
-Complex account/intercompany reconciliations
-Accounts payable
-Post payroll and other journal entries
-Fixed asset maintenance
-Job costing
-Prepare and file monthly/quarterly/annual local and state tax returns
-Assist with employee benefits administration
-Monthly financial statement preparation
-Prepare income tax documentation for tax accountant
-Auto, liability insurance and bond administration


-BA and two to three years related full charge bookkeeping experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
-Proficient with QuickBooks or QuickBooks Pro
-Advanced mathematical, writing and verbal skills
-Intermediate to advanced computer skills
-Outstanding customer service skills
-Possess and exhibit integrity and the ability to maintain confidentiality
