Mangements a joke dont care about employees. Equipment is junk . They preach saftey and stop work authority but total opposite on r360 side if use that stop work authority you get punished
Beware of manipulative, sneaky, budget driven managers and supervisors. It all looks and sounds great until you realize you are not important, in any way, to them. You can and will be replaced real quick especially if you call them on their actions. It's sugar coated to make you think it's to your benefit but you'll soon realize, only the yes men and those that are happy to be broke will be there very long. Too bad really, potential to be an awesome employer is there, but it's only potential.
At the corporate office you are always watched but the field is better. Some site visits by the higher ups but not much.

Well there is always higher preference to dayshift. Working nightshift you end up having to pick up dayshift slack. While you are working nights you are under constant scrutiny by dayshift teammates and management. Really makes it hard to like your job. Mangement loses it if you take a day off. Nightshift cant show up late to work. Dayshift can be late and its no biggie. Chances of working days is very slim. You have to wait till somone in the dayshift quits.
Apply at waste management
If it's in northern minnesota run. High up managment is crooked.
Safety is not number 1, if you dont hang with the supervisors you are pretty much treated like a lepar.
