There is a lack of respect and care for employees with some managers. When employees are told about every mistake they make and not appreciated for what they have done, that is a huge problem. Focus is too much on the bad and not the good. Human Resources department does not set a good example of how you should act

Don't TELL employees they have to stay past closing. It messes with their time after work to drive home, sit in traffic, shower, take care of family, cook, clean, or doctors appointments. Its up to management to see the day goes as planned.

Don't require employees to work past closing without asking if they need to be somewhere after work. Look forward to getting out at a certain time because you have family, plans, or dinner to cook then next thing you know their TELLING you that you are staying late. Missed so many plans and doctors appointments because of this that I still had to pay for because cancelling last minute.

They play games with employees lives. Always changes, layoff, restructuring, outsourcing. It has been thus way for years and years and this is their corporate MO. They pander to Wall Street and big shareholders so will do all and anything to make numbers look good regardless of who they hurt.

Its simple FAMILY TIME... guys working 330am-630pm off wednesday and sunday. working 65 hrs a week isnt the problem but when you NEVER have a weekend off unless you use vac time is te problem. The company should have rotating weekends off or at least one weekend off per month for every driver. when you wake up 2am on a saturday then get off at 4pm home about 5pm you dont really want to go anywhere with the family...it gets old quick
