Driver (Former Employee) – St. Augustine, FL – March 12, 2016
long hours little pay. didn't learn much of any thing. management likes to fill there pockets instead of fixing trucks. didn't see coworkers much you worked buy yourself. hardest part making anyone happy. I enjoyed working by my self.
Boom Truck Driver and Operator (Former Employee) – Gautier, MS 39553 – March 8, 2016
Company needs to have more employees for certain routes. Management does not seem to concern themselves with how long an employee must be out or how often they have to return to dump to empty. There is no balance between work and home because it was always work because there was no help on the route. There is too much management and not enough workers.
no help on routes, no break time, pay is too low for the work that is done

TRUCK DRIVER CLASS B CDL (Former Employee) – Columbus, MS – November 24, 2015
A typical work day would be starting at two am running your route and getting off by four pm. I learned how to run many different trucks. My co workers were great. The best part of this job was the people I work with, and the work that I do to help other businesses be able to do their jobs.

Waste Pro was like any other normal job it has it's pros and cons but overall it was a pretty decent job. As an employee of Waste Pro I was the preventive maintenance technician I kept the trucks running and made sure they were able to make route everyday.

Customer Service Representative (Current Employee) – North Florida – October 17, 2015
Team oriented and fast paced environment. Challenging to address some issues because results are based on action of others. Anyone who works here with direct customer contact must have a thick skin and not take negative behavior personally. Working with co-workers is the most enjoyable part of days. I've also had overall positive experience with supervisors/leadership.
Short breaks, Few days off, Limited advancement, Decentralized organization
Terrible schedule as that u get your route done in a timely matter, then you go help another route for pennies. Had to cancel family insurance plan because could not pay the bills after insurance came out..

Serve the students lunch, clean up, set up for the next day and then go home.
Driver (Former Employee) – Jackson, MS – May 28, 2015
Terrible company don't respect the different levels of drivers they pay residential and front end drivers the same lol!!!! Management is horrible supervisor has no people skills and is a jealous snake!!!! Horrible equipment was constantly breaking down. I was ready to leave when I saw they didn't respect my skills and what I bought to the table 140 day rate for a front end driver is ridiculous and unacceptable. Glad I have my class A cdl with endorsements so getting a new better gig ain't no problem. I am truly done with the garbage business.
