Compensation: Starting at $9.00 hour, (Rate is based on skill set)

Must be self-starter with strong Excel skills, great customer service and multi Tasking. Position is very fast paced, so attention to detail is essential. With hard work and growth in the company there is room for advancement / pay increase.
Accounts Payable: posting and reconciling bills, credit card statements, writing purchase orders, etc.
Payroll: calculating weekly time cards, verifying / updating new hire and existing employee information
Assistant: Assisting Controller in general tasks, verifying data, building spreadsheets, etc.
General filing record keeping
Create and update reports mapping sales trends, product sell through and sales increase/decrease.
Find sales issues and work with management to create bulletins/emails, contact service team members or managers to help resolve found issues.
Track product rollout to verify product is setup on sales floor, work with sales team to verify work is complete.
Solid computer and technology skills including the use of Word, Excel, Outlook & QuickBooks
Must have strong organizational skills and attention to details/deadlines.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Ability to analyze data, prioritize, multi-task, work independently, and take tasks from assignment to completion.
