What would you suggest WATCO COMPANIES management do to prevent people from leaving?

Give better pay increases for the long hours these guys are away from their families to make it more worth there while.1-3% increase tops but most 1.5% and alot of them heard the same reason why they didnt get the full 3% thats a joke! Oh wait they arent suppose to share that with each other for a reason. You might start at 19.00 but you still wont see 24.00 in 10 years. No overtime til over 50 hrs and until they are in a sling like they are now they will make sure and send you home right at 50 too!!! Try to respect your guys with seniority at getting the bids they deserve instead of outing all of the good weekend off bids all together or making the chicago run all on call. What do you possibly think is going to happen with that?? Ya no one is going to hang around for your head games!! Before to much longer you would be just as good to go work for McDonalds for just about the same pay and same messed up hours as Watco managers want to give you even though you have done your time with the crazy hours and on call days and built up your seniority.. You will never keep old guys let alone new guys this way Guaranteed!!
