Territory Manager for WaterFurnace, I, Massachusetts - April 11, 2017
A typical day for me involved seeing, talking to and emailing with my customer base. Working with my customers was a the best part of my job. The problem is that management kept changing and there were too many people to report too and they always were looking for reports. I did learn a great deal about working with people and work related politics. The workplace culture was quiet and uncomfortable when we were required to have meetings at the company. The Regional Manager (my direct boss) was very helpful and we were very friendly. The hardest part of my job was dealing with irate customers that had every reason to be upset due to the company policies as well as the the company politics.
