Higth standars of performance, good benefit but strong work

Generic Pharmaceuticals do not operate with the same structure as brand pharma.

Each day I was presented a daily activity list from my supervisor that needed completion before the end of the shift. The work was repetitive and boring at times but the co-workers are enjoyable as well as management.

My temp assignment was only for 2 weeks. However, I enjoyed my short time there. The people I worked with were very warm and welcoming. I would certainly go back as a temp and would definitely jump at the chance for a permanent position.

If you care only for a check then this would be a good company to work for. Other than that, work ethics are low, managers are very rude and always trying to find shortcuts even willing to sacrifice qualities. They performed tests outside the approved methods just to get the results they want to see without any documentations. They generated bogus data – more... using unvalidated methods or procedures. i loved working for Watson Pharma. It was a great work enviroment, co workers are freindly and the pay starts you off good as well as the benifits. If i had a second chance i would reapply.
