A typical day at work included helping the members with financial transactions. Answering the phone and completing the transaction the member wanted or simply answering their questions.
Besides financial transactions, the tellers help members fill out banking related forms. The tellers use the copier to make copies and send fax. At the end of the shift the tellers balance their drawers. The management is friendly and treat us well and takes the time to answer any questions we have. I get along well with my co-workers even though we are of different ages and backgrounds.
The most difficult part of my job is trying to sell the members our other products (such as a Visa card.) The most enjoyable part of my job is doing the basic transactions and helping the member if they have questions about their accounts.
