Training needs to be longer than just 2 weeks to cover, phones, chat, & emails!! They need to be on the same page when training their new employees as well!! Proper training materials would be great instead of having to write everything down!! Longer times for side by sides!!!

You have a shift bid process based on stats and tenure. There is a 30% who have a static shift, (set shift time, all the time) based on how well they've achieved their stats. If for any reason, it's on a continued basis that an individual isn't meeting the qualifications they will be removed from the 30% to the shift bid process; or if someone possibly moves to another department, then this also opens up a slot for the next person in line with the next best stats.
