First thing I do in the Mornings when I get to work is calibrate watches of People that could possibly do test on the Haccp Papers, sign off on all Haccp Papers Hourly, Check CO2 to make sure that it is clean and ready to use, Check Boxroom to make sure everything is where it needs to be and for Rodents or Insects, do Observations on all CCP papers, – more... do a Ice Melt to make sure the Ice is clean and ready to use, Make Copies, Check Knives and Scissors to assure they are clean and ready to use, Seal Trailers that are filled with Product, Check Incoming Product, Do what they call Shake and Bakes, Get the next day papers ready to go in the CCP boxes, Check the Cooler make sure it is clean, Do USDA's Lot papers after the end of shift and for the week, Get supplys when needed. I have excellent Co-workers and the Management is Good also, the hardest part of my job is when we have Failures and that is time consuming, the most enjoyable part of my job is the co-workers. – less
