Pool Villa Cook and Day Care Attendant, Wayzata, MN - August 4, 2014
Depending on what position I was working that day I would constantly be interacting with our members. Some days I would work down at the pool cooking and interacting with members around the pool. Other days I would be in charge of setting up "Date Night" for members. That insisted of myself and other employees organizing activities for their children while the parents could spend time together. I learned how to react to situations quickly and effectively. This is a very professional and hard working company. Unfortunately, I was not so fond of my management team. They avoided conflict so nothing ever got resolved. Also, there was no room for any sort of advancement, and after being their for so long I needed to move on to a company who would help me grow! My co-workers were phenomenal and very hard working. We grew to became very close friends as well as great co-workers. The hardest part of the job was dealing with management. The most enjoyable was spending time with members and getting to know their families!
