Days vary depending on what projects need to be complete and support requests. Was fortunate enough to get to work with a couple fo differnet phone systems, Exchange 2010, RDS and other roles and features. Management is understanding and will lend a hand if needed. Coworkers are the friendliest group of people. hardest part of the job is being the only on site IT support for over 100 user and having to manage 10 servers. The most enjoyable part is interacting with everyone.
