Client Service Coordinator, Cushing, OK - August 9, 2016
Each day I am heavily involved with ensuring that all paperwork gets submitted in good order to different agencies. This is crucial for client's investments to accurately reflect the decisions they have made with their accounts. It is also very important to effectively communicate with the clients and the FA in order to maintain a good working relationship. In addition, accuracy and timeliness on completion of tasks are equally important. Once the FA gains confidence in your ability to responsibly handle the the tasks with less supervision, the environment flows in a manner that is pretty much routine. The hardest part of the job is being a new employee without knowing exactly what is expected. The most enjoyable part of the job is that you are heavily supported by the broker/dealer agency and there are many departments available to assist you when you have any questions; that and the fact that your office is private enough that you do not have other things going on to distract you from your responsibilities.
