Long working hours and little assistance from management. Sometimes they call me while at the Mexican border and say we want you in Wyoming in 10 hours. That creates a very unstable and in predictable work load. Most of the times they give you late call outs. Biggest problem is that the company is usually understaffed which makes experienced people suffer and work a lot more than they should by doing the work of others.
