As a Business Development Manager at WebMarketing123, you will play a critical role in prospecting, nurturing and closing/expanding digital marketing deals. You will work closely with the Head of Sales in generating the strategy and making the business case for our services.
What It Takes
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex ideas in a simple manner: Able to understand analytics yet communicate impact to the clients' bottom line.
*Ability to develop strong customer relationships.
*Ability to assess the client’s business needs to identify and develop effective digital marketing solutions to address those needs.
*Assist prospects in developing specific, realistic, and measurable search marketing goals that address our client’s business objectives.
*Must be comfortable with talking strategies and long-term goals with C-level executives.
*Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC and Social Media best practices is essential.
*Skilled at effectively communicating/teaching to multiple prospect cast members from different departments on the same call.
*Demonstrate a pragmatic approach to problem solving
*Strong organizational and time-management skills: Able to juggle multiple tasks and still meet all deadlines.
- Dealing with a "fast-paced" environment.
- Ability to work independently, taking the initiative to seek solutions as well as with a team.
- Demonstrated high attention to detail.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
- Highly proficient with the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and the Internet.
You Already Have
Proven track record with a minimum of two years of account management or sales experience in the online/digital marketing industry; preferably from the agency side of the business
It Would Be Nice
If you have a project management certification
If you have Google Analytics Individual Qualified (GAIQ)
If you are experience with Kenshoo, Marin Software (or equivalent platform)
