I thoroughly enjoy working for Weight Watchers as it empowers the members to believe in themselves. Overall, it is an enjoyable job and very rewarding to help members with their journey. However, the job can be challenging at times with poor communication.

Great people to work with, supportive environment but lack of adequate compensation interferes with follow through

I would assist members with questions, weigh ins and sale products. I would also complete the proper paperwork for new memberships. At the end of the day, I would balance my cash drawer and send accounting paperwork to the corporate office. There were no computers or registers - everything was done by hand.
I learned how to do a paper talley (accounting – more... by hand). I learned alot about the company as I would attend regular meetings and training to stay up to date on issues.
Our territory manager was wonderful. She was professional and kind.
My co-workers were a great team. Everyone helped each other.
The hardest part of the job was not having a computer system. However, it was a good learning experience and I accepted the challenge with a positive and upbeat attitude.
The most enjoyable part of the job was being an encouragement to others and cheering them on with their weight loss journey. – less

lots of heavy lifting, non-stop work to get the job done but alot of fun

Helping the end user is the main focus when working IT/help desk.
Resolving computer issues over the phone while logged in remotely doing this as quickly as possible is your goal. I was what they called "The All Around Guy" since i was in charge of all hardware and i also worked on software, when on my field calls i was mainly networking.

Love working for a company that loves it's employees! It is so nice helping others on their journey back to a healthy lifestyle. I've been there and done it with Weight Watchers and am proud to offer the same help I received to others! YOU CAN DO IT!!

The company only employ people temporary you will never become permentant

WW has a great culture and really takes their employees into account. Many people there have been there for a very, very long time which says a lot for the organization.

I have never wirked somewhere where the people do not get along.

Overall, ok company to work for. Well based weight less designed program.

Setting up the products to be sold, also setting up your weighing station.
I've learned how to do a tally, write out receipts and to do a float.
I love the women that I work with, always so cheerful and happy to be there as I am.
The hardest part would have to be filling out the tally and making sure it's right.

A typical day is meeting many people from different walks of life and dealing with them in a personal situation. I learn that courtesy and respect and interest in these clients creates a comfortable situation. I enjoy working with a like minded team over an age range. The hardest part of the job is to convince potential clients of the benefits of the – more... program in the long term and that changes happen slowly.

I run 5+ meetings per week. The hardest part of the job is reloading the car with stock. The most enjoyable is helping to change members lives, through losing weight and seeing an improvement in their lives.I have helpers who are friendly and dedicated to the members. We work as a team to achieve a high quality service to the general public. I have – more... been a Leader for 14 years, but am looking for extra Part-time work locally. – less
